Our Key Stage 3 provision consists of seven classes, including a dedicated nurture group, each staffed by a teacher and a member of support staff to ensure that all pupils’ needs are met effectively.
We pride ourselves on delivering a highly supportive and structured environment where pupils can thrive both academically and personally.
Our core subjects — English, Maths, and Science, PSHE — are delivered by subject specialists. These subjects are prioritised during morning sessions, enabling pupils to engage with key academic learning at a time when they are most focused.
In the afternoons, pupils access a broad and balanced curriculum including foundation subjects, practical learning, and enrichment activities. Our enrichment offer has a strong emphasis on health, well-being, and physical fitness, supporting pupils to develop positive lifestyle habits alongside their academic studies.
With Maslow Hierarchy at the core of everything we do, we place a significant importance on a mindfulness approach that support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
Our curriculum is underpinned by a commitment to individualised education pathways, ensuring that each pupil’s programme is carefully structured to meet their specific needs, interests, and long-term aspirations.
