REACH OUT for Mindfulness Training
- Through The Link School REACH vision our curriculum is built on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (1943), (self-actualization / esteem / belonging / safety needs / physiological needs) which is the foundation of our relationships-based approach to address individual gaps in learning and skills.
- Through training, we want to school to feel staff are empowered to support children with SEMH needs, they will be equipped with scripts that help them to use positive language and approaches even in stressful situations.

We aim to support schools to build their own environment where staff feel they can support learners, have positive and reflective conversations with dysregulated children, and feel more valued and listened to.
