Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 has the theme of “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”.

Movement is important for our mental health and we would like to share some family friendly tips on how to get your body moving which will then support your mental health.

All of this plus some great self-care and mindful practices.

 

Being active releases chemicals in the brain that makes you feel good, boosting your self-esteem and helping you concentrate as well as improving sleeping patterns.
