National Careers Week 2023

The Link School are running lots of events and activities throughout this week for National Careers Week.

Learners in KS1 are learning about Animals with Jobs and doing lots of fun in-school activities and some visits to to special places. Watch this space for lots of photos and videos!

Learners in KS2 and 3 are working in lessons to look at all of the options available to them when they leave school and are attending an employer encounter event on Wednesday where they will be able to meet colleges, training providers and employers and ask them lots of questions about what they offer and how they could get involved in the future.

Learners in KS4 are attending a dedicated careers fair on Monday and visiting a range of training providers and employers during the afternoon sessions. They are also attending a number of workshops delivered by professionals in a range of job areas such as trades, tech and armed forces.

Throughout the week we will share pictures and stories of all of the activities we get involved in and would love to hear feedback from parents and carers.
