REACH Hub

The REACH Hub

Following a permanent exclusion, learners will attend the REACH Hub provision for a 6-8 week assessment placement.

The REACH Hub Provision will deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that enable every learner to make outstanding academic and personal progress. As part of the REACH Hub, learners will receive a broad and balanced curriculum—including English, Reading, Maths, Science, ICT, PSHE, PE and topic-based learning—while also accessing therapeutic and specialist interventions that support their individual SEND needs and a successful re-integration into their next education provision.

Central to this is the commitment to developing strong, trusting pastoral relationships that empower learners to overcome the barriers that have previously limited their success. Through consistent guidance, targeted support, and high expectations, the REACH Hub will help learners build the confidence, resilience and skills needed to re-engage with education.

The REACH Hub Provision will promote a successful reintegration into mainstream settings. The post holder will contribute to this by promoting positive attitudes to learning, fostering independence, and ensuring that every learner has the academic foundations, emotional readiness and social awareness required to thrive in their next educational environment.

We provide:

· A safe, nurturing and structured environment

· Highly experienced and specialist staff

They work with private clients as well as a number of schools in the area.

The counsellor who will be working closely with the young people in the Link School Hub, is passionate about the mental health of young people. The focus is to provide students with a safe place to share and explore their thoughts, feelings and fears in order to help them process their personal development. The counsellor will do this by building a therapeutic relationship which can bring about improvements in mental health and well being by encouraging the student to find their own way to make positive choices.
