Objective 1: To analyse recruitment data and trends with regard to race, gender and disability, and annually report on this to Personnel Committee.
Objective 2: Enhance the current provision for the development and acquisition skills that produces responsible citizens who have increased their cultural capital in preparation for adult life.
Objective 3: Promote inclusivity through raising the profile of mental health awareness across the school and with a thorough understanding of how trauma-based practice can improve resilience
